三、Main structure and working principle1.StructureMainly by base 17 Column 16 Reducer 19 Skate 15 Mixing blade 14Mixing pot 13 Two-speed electric motor 1 Composition (see structure diagram)2.Working principleThe two-speed motor shaft is connected by the connecting flange 2 to the worm shaft 6 in the reduction gearbox. The worm wheel shaft 5 is used to reduce the speed of the worm gear shaft 5 to drive the planetary positioning sleeve. The planetary gear 9 fixed on the upper end of the blade shaft completes the rotation movement around the fixed internal ring gear 8 and is automatically controlled by a two-speed motor through a time program controller to complete the specified working procedure of one slow rotation, one stop and one fast rotation.
