At present, among the existing domestic products, many types of curing boxes have the disadvantages of poor insulation performance, poor temperature control, and humidity that cannot meet the standard. For example, when controlling constant temperature, most of them use two temperature controllers, one to control heating. Another control cooling, because the standard temperature required by the experiment is 20℃, the larger the temperature difference, the more it affects the test results, so the smaller the temperature difference is, the better. Therefore, when adjusting the two temperature controllers, due to the error of the temperature controller itself, it will often cause The temperature difference increases or the heating and cooling are carried out at the same time, thereby losing the effect of controlling the temperature. Another way to control the temperature is: use a temperature controller to control two relays, one relay to control heating, and the other to control cooling. The two relays are controlled by two switches on the control panel, so that although the accuracy of the temperature is controlled Higher, but there is a slight error in the operation, either not working or heating and cooling at the same time, this will also lose the constant temperature effect. In addition, the standard humidity requirement of the curing box is ≥90%. The existing technology does not have humidification control and display devices. The curing results of the test body may be inaccurate.
