XS2019-8 Intelligent Cement setting time meter can replace the artificial manual test process and constant temperature and humidity box function in the cement condensate time test. The operator only needs to put a maximum of 8 stirred cement pure pulp garden molds in the corresponding measurement position of the instrument. After setting the corresponding parameters to start, the machine can imitate the manual test method during the entire condensation process of the sample sample. Automatically test the beginning of the beginning, the final condensation time, and the automatic printing experimental data and measurement results. No manual intervention is required during the test process. Each test result is automatically saved for 3 months, and users can choose to print. Throughout the test, the operator can at any time observe the information displayed on the screen, the pre -set time countdown, the depth of the current condensation test, and the depth of the final condensation test on the screen. In the case, you can also use the query key to query the current test of the specified sample at any time.

The depth accuracy error error of the beginning of the instrument and the final condensation test ± 0.05mm, the accuracy error of the pore pitch accuracy ± 0.1mm, and the accuracy error of the cement slurry surface recognition accuracy <0.05mm (not affected by the flatness of the cement slurry surface). Replacement of new samples will not affect the normal test of other number samples.

The instrument is automatically compared with the manual synchronization time comparison test of the 240 groups of the Institute of Cement Science and the New Architecture Materials Research Institute. The relative error rate <1%, which proves that its test accuracy and reliability meet the national standard test requirements. At the same time, labor and artificial errors are saved.
