When the length of the U-shaped screw conveyor is less than 35m, it is a single-axis drive screw. 2. M1- is a rolling suspension bearing. It adopts 80000 type sealed bearing. There is a dust-proof sealing structure on the shaft cover. The temperature of conveying material is less than or equal to 80℃. 2. M2- is a sliding hanger bearing, equipped with a dust-proof sealing device, cast copper tile, alloy wear-resistant cast iron tile, and copper-based graphite oil-less lubricating tile. Commonly used in conveying materials with relatively high temperature (t≥80℃) or conveying materials with large water content. Classification by screw conveyor material: 1. Ordinary carbon steel U-shaped screw conveyor - mainly suitable for industries with high wear and tear and no special requirements for materials such as cement, coal, stone, etc. 2. Stainless steel U-shaped screw conveyor - mainly suitable for industries that have requirements on the conveying environment such as grain, chemical industry, food, etc., with high cleanliness, no pollution to materials, long use time, but relatively high cost. Features: U-shaped screw conveyor is a kind of screw conveyor, suitable for small-scale operation, stable conveying, and can play a good role in the case of limited conveying site. The sealing performance is good, and it has great advantages for occasions with large dust and environmental requirements, which can avoid the generation of dust during the conveying process.
