Direction for use and Cautions: 1.The heating mantles have two types:DZTW type (Electronic control) and SXKW type(digital control). 2 As the glass fiber coated with oil while production, when use on the first time, Heating slowly.See the white smoke,then cut the power off. When the smoke has gone,heat again.repeat this to a smoke-free before normal use. SXKW type should be adjusted to 60-70 ℃ when removing the smoke.the sensor connected to the shell outlet, and put the sensor in the heating mantle. Switch the power on .let itself removes the smoke. 3. DZTW type, has two shapes round and square, this product is controlled by electronic components, through the potentiometer clockwise, adjust the voltage to control the temperature, The first time use,don’t adjust the voltage too high, should be slow to heat up, otherwise it is easy to get the heater damaged. 4.XKW type, the product uses advanced digital control circuit, the sensor placed directly through the liquid in the heating, control the temperature through sensing. (1) when use,accordding to the instructions above to remove the smoke,turn off the power,adjust the dialer,set to the desired temperature,put the sensor into the liquid. Turn on the power. the green light showes heating. red light indicates heating stop, temperature control accuracy: ± 3-5 ℃. (2) the sensor is the main components to control the temperature of the heating, the top of the inner core must be gotten in touch with the top of the sensor tube. and must be placed into the liquid to heating.otherwise it will directly affect the accuracy of the digital meter. 3) As to the influence of the power, the temperature may have overshoot phenomenon, so when use, set the temperature to be 80% of the desired temperature, when reach the temperature,then set to the desired temperature, this will reduce the temperature overshoot phenomenon. (4) 'RST' knob is the fine-tuning knob for the temperature error device.Turn left is to ‘ - ‘.Turn to right is '+'.
