2. Instrument debugging: Add 900 mL of water to the distillation flask to close the heater rubber stopper, put 5 mL of distillate into the quartz distillation tube, and connect all the silicone tube connections.

3. Turning on Before turning on the machine, first check whether there is cooling water outside, insert the power plug of the instrument into the socket, turn on the power switch, turn on the cooling water, and observe whether the condensate tube is full of condensate and should return to the water tank. Set the temperature controlled by the thermostat to 250℃, turn on the heating switch and the air pump switch, and adjust the temperature knob clockwise to set the temperature switch at 110℃. After the water in the distillation flask boils, adjust the temperature knob counterclockwise to keep the water around 85℃. Yes, adjust the gas flow meter, control the gas flow rate to 100 ─ 150 mL/min, and distill 2 minutes After the clock, observe whether there is distillate dripping out of the condenser tube. If there is, it is normal. If not, please check whether the pipeline is well connected and the heater power supply is well connected.

4. Shutdown The shutdown sequence is: turn off the heating─turn off the air pump─turn off the cooling water pump─turn off the power supply─unplug the power plug─end.
