The SYE-300 electro-hydraulic pressure testing machine is driven by a hydraulic power source and uses intelligent measurement and control instruments to collect and process test data. It consists of four parts: the test host, the oil source (hydraulic power source), the measurement and control system, and the test equipment. The maximum test force is 300kN, and the accuracy of the test machine is better than level 1. The SYE-300 electro-hydraulic pressure testing machine can meet the national standard test requirements for bricks, concrete, cement and other materials. It can be loaded manually and digitally display the value of the loading force and the loading speed. The testing machine is an integrated structure of the main engine and oil source; it is suitable for the compression test of cement and concrete and the flexural test of concrete, and it can meet the split tensile test of concrete with appropriate fixtures and measuring devices. The testing machine and its accessories meet the requirements of GB/T2611, GB/T3159.

When moving the equipment please tear down the pipelines and seal them by oil plug closely.(SYE- 2000B/SYE-3000B/SYE-2000BD/SYE-3000BD series type) Electrical connection Take down the the whole set of data lines, in accordance with the data line corresponding with the interface on the control cabinet left .(SYE-2000B/SYE-3000B/ SYE-2000BD/SYE-3000BD series type) Please connect the power cord in strictly accordance with the attached label. The null wire (line 4) of the three-phase four-wire power line is strictly prohibited from wrong connection The first operation and commissioning Switch on the power, press the pump start button, the pump starts to work, then turn off the return valve, slowly turn on the delivery valve, the piston rises a distance, observe whether there is jam and other phenomena.If there is, unload and stop the machine for inspection and troubleshooting.If not, turn on the return valve and make the piston falls to the original position. This is the first time commissioning process.

Flexure & Compression Test Operation (take 150mm×150mm sample for example) 1) Turn on the power on the equipment to open the controller and enter the system,set sample information according to Step 5.2.3.1: sample No., test type, sample type,sample numbers, sample aging. And then press Main Interface keypad to switch to standby interface of compression test, see Fig.3.1. 2) Press Start Test keypad to switch to Compression Test interface, see Fig.3.2. At this time, the controller is ready for data acquisition. 3) Open the fence, put the sample on the center position of lower platen,press the rise/fall button on the control panel (SYE-2000BD/SYE-3000BD series models) or adjust the number of cushion block under the lower platen (SYE-2000B/SYE-3000B series models) to make the upper platen move near to the sample but not contact with each other. And then press the pump on keypad,turn off return valve and turn on delivery valve until the lower platen rises slowly and the upper surface of sample is near but not contact with the upper platen ,meantime press Force Clear to tare the force value.Manually adjust the valve opening of delivery valve make the loading rate at a certain speed until the sample breaks.And then turn off delivery valve and turn on oil return valve for unloading. After test, if test data is not correct, press Delete keypad to clear test data. 4) After force value is zeroed automatically, place the second sample and repeat the above steps to test the second sample. 5) After one group of sample are finished testing, a prompt of Please press Print to print test result displays, at this time, press Print to print the current group test results. But if only one or two sample of one group is tested, there is no print prompt, but you can also press Print keypad to print test results. 6) After one group of sample is finished testing, test number automatically add 1, and for same sample type, users can repeat step 3) to continue test. But if sample type is different, please press Stop test keypad and repeat step 1 to reset sample information to start a new test. 7)When test is finished,turn off the pump,shut off the power,clean up the residual debris on the platen in time. 6.Daily maintenance ① Each time before starting the machine please check if there is oil leakage (specific parts such as: pipeline, each control valve, oil tank), whether the bolt is fastened,whether the electrical is intact; check regularly, maintain the integrity of its components. ② When finishing each test the piston should be dropped to the lowest position, and clean residue in time, worktable for anti rust treatment. ③ Operation after a period of time, you should have a necessary inspection and maintenance with the testing machine :clean the residue such as steels and rust on the sliding surface of the clamp and the girder ; check the tightness of the chain each half of a year; greased the sliding parts regularly, paint the easy-rusted parts with anti rust oil,remain cleaning and anti-rust. ④ Prevent from high-temperature, too wet, dust, corrosive medium, water erosion instrument. ⑤ Replace the hydraulic oil annually or cumulative after 2000 hours work . ⑥ Any moment cannot hot plug the power line and signal line, otherwise it is easy to damage the control element. ⑦ During the test, please do not arbitrarily press the button on the control cabinet panel, operation box and the test software.Do not rise or fall the girder during the test. Do not put your hand into the test space during the test. ⑧ During the test, do not touch the equipment and all kinds of links, so as not to affect the accuracy of the data. ⑨ Often check the level change of the oil tank. ⑩ Check whether the line connecting of the controller is in good contact regularly, if it is loose, it should be fastened timely. ⑪ After the test if the equipment is not used for a long time, please shut down the main power, and in the stop process of the equipment operate the equipment for no-load regularly, in order to ensure when the equipment put into use again, all performance indexes are normal. ⑫ It is a precision measuring equipment, should be persons in fixed positions for machine. people without training is strictly forbidden to operate the machine.When the host is running, the operator should not stay away from the equipment.In the process of test loading or operating, if there is any abnormal situation or wrong operation, please immediately press the red emergency stop button and turn off the power.
