- Product Description
Beckman Beam Pavement Deflection Tester Rebound Deflection Tester 3.6m 5.4m 7.2m
The Beckman beam method is a method suitable for measuring the elastic deflection value of the road surface under static loading or very slow speed loading, and it can well reflect the overall strength of the road surface.
Material:aluminum alloy
Lengh:3.6m,5.4m,7.2m
Test Method steps:
1. We need to arrange test points on the test section, the distance of which depends on the test needs. The measuring point should be on the wheel track belt of the road traffic lane and marked with white paint or chalk. 2. For the test car we will use, the rear wheel gap of the test car is aligned with the position about 3~5cm behind the measuring point, which is conducive to our inspection. 3. Then, we insert the deflection gauge into the gap between the rear wheels of the car, consistent with the direction of the car, the beam arm must not touch the tire, the deflection gauge probe is placed on the measuring point, and the dial indicator is installed on the deflection On the measuring rod of the instrument. 4. The deflection meter we want can be measured on one side, or it can be stabilized back to zero on both sides, and the dial indicator is installed on the measuring rod of the deflection meter. 5. Finally, the tester blows the whistle to command the car to move forward slowly, and the dial indicator continues to rotate forward as the road surface deformation increases. When the hand turns to the maximum value, quickly read the initial reading L1.
