Daily maintenance
1. Check whether there is oil leakage (specific parts such as oil pipes, various control valves, fuel tanks, etc.), whether the bolts (collectively referred to as each screw) are tightened, and whether the electrical system is in good condition before starting each time; check regularly to keep it zero Integrity of components.
2. After each test, the piston should be lowered to the lowest position and the garbage should be cleaned up in time. The workbench should be treated with rust prevention.
3. Prevent high temperature, excessive humidity, dust, corrosive media, water, etc. from corroding the instrument.
4. The hydraulic oil must be replaced every year or after 2000 hours of accumulated work.
5. Do not install other application software in the computer, so as to prevent the control system software of the test machine from not operating normally; prevent the computer from being infected by viruses.
6. Do not plug in and out the power cord and signal line with power at any time, otherwise it is easy to damage the control components.
7. During the test, please do not arbitrarily press the buttons on the control cabinet panel, operation box and test software.
8. During the test, do not touch the equipment and various connecting lines at will, so as not to affect the accuracy of the data.
9. Frequently check the changes in the fuel tank level.
10. Regularly check whether the connecting wire of the controller is in good contact, if it is loose, it should be tightened in time.
11. If the equipment is not used for a long time after the test, turn off the main power supply of the equipment.
